Labor Law

Labor law is among the practice areas in which our lawyers are specialized. Their experience encompasses advising employers on the drafting of individual employment contracts as well as advising trade unions on the negotiation of collective labor agreements.

A significant part of the lawyers’ prior professional experience involves labor law litigation. They have successfully represented employees who were wrongfully dismissed, as well as those who had certain salary supplements unlawfully reduced or were demoted within their employer’s organizational hierarchy.

Furthermore, our lawyers have successfully represented the interests of a significant number of employees during the preliminary stage of disciplinary investigations, leading the employers to decide not to impose significant sanctions on the employees under investigation.

In their previous professional practice, our lawyers have also successfully represented employers in litigation—whether those employers needed to restructure and lay off staff, or were compelled to terminate employment contracts with individuals who failed to fulfill their specific job duties or committed job-related offenses that caused serious harm to the employer’s business.
